StoneMeadow You are close to my area but probably at a lower elevation. So what works in Sac should work for you. I still can't even get into my property since it snowed to 2500 feet and I need to go a little over 4000 feet to get in. At least it should be a real good year for water. Its a bit rainy right now but Im germinating the seeds as i speak.
