    Not so secret weapon

One not so secret weapon is to get every student in the state of Washington of voting age to register to vote. If they haven't register them. Even out of state students going to WA schools. I haven't worked the numbers, but......there is a wealth of votes out there, and they can be a major group to pull this off. :twocents:

And I would love to see this also so they can serve on juries and get some fresh new blood in there.
I don't think its going to roll that way though in the next couple years. As our government has stolen our sons and daughters future by collapsing the economy it will become even worse because they are doing away with Pell grants for the poor to get a higher education and then they've raised the tuition rates by 30% on top of that. And then even if your lucky enough to get your degree you have years of student loans that have to be paid back and no jobs available that will allow them to make enough money to pay back the loans. When you abandon your young you are asking for massive uprising and revolt. Like the 60"s, the kids are beginning to wake up to the horror of there future and they're going to be very angry.

I'm not gonna get deeply into your american politics, but I'l say one thing.

The war on terror. The war on drugs. And what has been acheived, someone needs to tell the goverment how to make money the old fashioned way, legitimatly, some hard work. Or point out the self destruct button for them.

Hate to bust your bubble but many folks think that to register to vote is to get jury duty and will not register. Little do they know, it goes on licenses in the state, if you carry a drivers license, you are a potential target.

They use both DL and VR to find jurors. I've had friends who were never registered to vote, and they still got jury duty.
Jared has been busy getting permission to recruit at local colleges. He's had quite a bit of success already, from what I understand.
The votes we need are those of the women, mothers and grandmothers. The students are much easier....

I guess illegal immigrants with a valid DL on a visa can convict a U.S. citizen then huh?

Honestly, they are not any of my peers of my community, they are peers of another foreign country with no voting rights..

Guess someone needs to challenge this to make sure U.S. citizens are not being imprisoned unconstitutionally then...see my point of why now ?

So I also guess since felons can have DL, they can be on jury duty also?? But, yet they can't vote..?

Our state obviously has some issues now don't it.

Another point to make when getting a person who is hesitant to sign, tell them that at the present time, signing is also part of the democratic process by allowing it to get on the ballot and placed before the people to decide. Not individuals through their signing or not signing the initiative. That's not the point. Main point getting it on the ballot. :twocents:more
