Great Adjustable Light Hangers!
Ya, nice Em, but I'm old school...That's too gimmicky, and $20??? I guess I'm tight too! LOL I do like the idea of holding up the heavy colas tho! Good idea, I just use a bamboo stake and a zip-tie...never thought of hanging them while they still alive! I use a hook in the ceiling, in a joist, a small swivel pulley attached, with a dock cleat (small) on the wall, in a stud, and some good stout 1/4" rope...infinitely adjustable, very strong...I'm 205 and can hang on it...totally secure, if you know how to use the cleat to tie off securely, that is...(there's an app for knots, tho...
)
Since I'm always piddlin on boats too, I had all the stuff lying around collecting dust anyway, and I like overkill...if it will hold a boat in a hurricane, my light probably won't fall on my babies...and that's a good thing!
