Nope, protein, salt, sugar.... Don't worry about any of this. Just eat as you would normally eat on an average day and continue to take the metamucil. Gatorade as a substitute for water will help with specific gravity and don't forget your Vitamin B2. This is all outlined in the Dilution sticky, follow it too the T and you'll be fine.

Also, skip the Aspirin part of the thread, it is old tech and no longer helps to foul the test.
