The day before, I know I should be eating a lot of fat, but should I avoid anything? Like protein? Should I just eat 1 meal and take metamucil 3 times? Should I just eat a high fat lunch? No dinner? My test is at 830am. I'll wake up anytime to get this done. Thanks, any advice would be appreciated, dilution is my only option and my livelihood is at stake.
