I have been loading creatine. Took my last supplement last night, test is Friday. The reason I'm trying metamucil is because I ran a test run and failed, but I think my stomach was kind of full from the night before. Should I eat a ton of metmucil the night before the test too to clean. Should I just eat lunch the day before to keep my stomach and my metabolism down? Also, I know u can use Gatorade to load water instead of actual water, but is salt water better? Will the sugar spike your metabolism temporarily? Basically, what's better?
