    Rusty looking leave's ????

Yes look at that link, it may give you ideas. d

From the form I see nothing that stands out. Possibly simply a flush....

How big are the plants in 4 gal containers? Chance they could be root bound?

Get a reflector for the bulb, you are wasting 50% of your light

So to summarize,itI could be magnesium/calcium def, nute lockout, or root bound. Mag/cal def is pretty noticeable and does cause central leaf issues as you describe. Regardless a moderate flush could help. Don't wash out all the buffers

Sorry the pic is poor but you can just see it , some leaves are like that and worse, and some have spots that are the same colour

    Hi Gkeeper

No the vains seem fine , its running either side of the vains , if i look under the leaves the vains are good , But the underneath is showing the problem but is not a rusty colour yet just looks a dark greyish colour,

I dnt know if this heps but the leaves feel really dry a rough, and the nodes are a purple colour!
