Grow Room is too cold

Just realised I was reading the thermometer wrong -.- Disadvantage of smoking weed while growing haha

The actual temp is 70°F, will this still require me to have heatpads?

Hi pilgrem if I may through some 2 cents into this
Ideal temps would be hight 70s lights on
lights out be hight 60s

Heres the link to my log that I started today Will my plants grow alright like this, and if so what would be the drawbacks of a lower temp.
