Total BS!!! The regulations say they cant. No collection facilities in the state of Georgia (or any state for that matter) are immune to the regs. Donors facing an employment-related test do have rights, including the right to a fair drug test.

You can bet the farm that if I was a completely drug free donor entering that facility with a shy bladder problem and have no intention of tampering, and they pull that kind of crap on me, I would exercise my rights to the fullest, and when the smoke clears, they'll be ending up shutting down. I'll may take it a step further and pursue civil remedy just to add salt to the wound.

The drug testing industry are not gods to be in fear of. Know your rights and dont ever be afraid to assert or exercise them.
