Whats the best light for vegging? Ive always used flouros but if theres something better than id rather use that

Metal halide r best because of their blue spectrum of light. At least that is what most will tell u. I myself use an eight bulb t5ho with 6 x 6500k bulbs and 2 x 3000k bulbs.
