I told him I can't take it since its a gas stove and I'm not paying a gas bill and electric bill. He said it like he was yelling at me, "It's cooking gas!". I'm like here we go, so in order to avoid me getting upset and getting crazy on this asshole, I said "Thanks for your time but I'm not interested." It was just a bad situation and I drove out of there as fast as I could. The fucker then proceeded to walk out and yell out "How much do you think cooking gas is?!" He was definitely a pusher or trying to make himself sound right even though no where in his ad did it mention the tenant needs to pay cooking gas. It's not wise at all to have an electric bill and a gas bill, even if you don't do too much cooking. It'll will cost you a lot more, besides this guy wanted $515 a month for an attic. Yea right!!

Now I just called some place more local and I look young and still sound young so God forbid but I'll be 28 in 2 weeks. I asked to see if the apartment was still available to look at and it took him like 3 seconds and he said, "the apartment was rented". Just based on his time delay I knew he was lying. He sounds like one of those I never rent to people below 30 landlords. Well he made one big mistake then. I'm a great tenant and never had any problems.

This area fucking sucks and I hate dealing with landlords period!
Sorry to here bout yur troubles tell yual what come pitch yur tent and yur grow tent lol in the back woods wont charge yual a cent and even kick in all the free wood yual can burn for heat and cookin
