The "K Hole" is when you've taken enough ketamine to produce a fully anaesthetic state, like the drug was intended to be used. The same thing can happen with DXM if you get near or past a dosage of 15 mg/kg (about 6.8 mg/lb). For most people, it's completely dissociative at that point. I didn't get the full out of body thing with an 1,800 mg total dose, but that's just me.

However, I wouldn't recommend that high a dose. You may think you're ready for it, but you're probably not. And under no circumstances should anyone take anywhere near that high a dose of a solution that contrains any active ingredient other than dextromethorphan hydrobromide. In fact, use DXM-only solutions at all times. I'm sure if you're reading this you already know ALL of that, but it's my disclaimer.
