Ditch your internal power supply, cut out the Hard Drive brackets, get as much space as possible in there.

You need some airflow, too. Get a couple of 120mm fans, front and back.

I don't think I'd suggest growing in that. not enough room, oxygen, light, etc etc.. and is there a plant in there already trying to grow?
