I was wondering how approachable the NMDOH was concerning the Med Cannabis act. Here's a few ideas have coming from a state who in my opinion set up the MMJ program absolutely wrong. 1. Allow the excess Medicine grown by legitimate PPL card holders the ability to either provide free medicine to terminal patients. Also, allow them to sell their product to the Producers. It's pathetic that a Producer can run out of Rating: 5
