wannahelp Reviewed by wannahelp on . obtaining a license I am from Oklahoma and considering moving this summer. I would like to know before i move if I would be able to obtain a license? I am 29 and a veteran. I have a degenerative disc in my lower back that causes muscle spasms. If that does not qualify me in washington I would be forced to move to New Mexico and get my license for my PTSD... Who wants to live in the desert??? I would like to know how this process works.
