Blank, sorry if you were offended. I meant no offense to you or your post/question. I just get irritated by those who respond to posts/questions like yours with what are clearly unresearched answers.

Sometimes my bluntness comes across as a beligerant tone that is not really intended on my part. My suggestions to do your own reading of the law is to help you avoid being mislead by those responders by educating yourself directly from the original source. Try Americans For Safe Access website or a Google search for the text of both laws. I'm pretty sure you will understand it and see that some of the answers you will get on any board will be both immature and uninformed.

Having said that, you will also find many members here that will bend over backwards to assist you. (including myself)

Some dispensaries in LA will ask you to leave if you use language that implies "sales". This is for their protection from law enforcement entrappment.
