urban growing?
Has anybody tried growing in the city outside. If I had a deep yard and a privacy fence i would grow a bush or two.

It's a good way to make affordable weed!
It's a good way to get unwanted attention...
-Utility companies including phone, cable, power, or gas may come onto your property unannounced and discover your plants.
It's a good way to get robbed...
Even if everyone that comes over is "cool", you don't know your utility workers!
Just be careful and think security first. If your space really lends itself well to hiding the plant visually as well as the smell, then you could.
I had one friend who did it in Cupertino, Ca, and he got his crop robbed.
I have some other friends who grow a couple of outdoor plants in a city not too far away and they are smart about it and have no problems.Everything I post is fictional and just for fun! I am simply playing a fictional character on a forum. Lets role play together?

Yep, i do! And still live at home with the parents (well, for another few months anyway). Luckily parents don't mind and even water it for me if i'm away.
It is a reasonable risk, but for a couple plants it's worth taking where i live in Australia as the laws are pretty damn relaxed. We also have very high fences and 6 massive dogs and very very limited entry to the backyard of our property without making loads of noise.
I'm into growing a massive plant rather than several smaller ones so that if law enforcement gets notified of it, it is only 1 plant rather than many. One of the last one's i grew about 3-4 years ago yielded 900 grams dryThank you Australian sun :P!
But yeah, if you are going to, i'd suggest maybe making a temporary enclosure for it so the neighbours can't see!
