Now if you go to the legal case law, you can clearly see the Chinese our government is using... one must understand Chinese in order to decipher the case law our courts are using...

Trolling? Trolls don't help others understand things, do they? I see a few here as well as yourself who do appreciate the informative info. but, as I myself, attest the drama.

99.99 % of my threads/posts/responses are all about legal chit in our mmj communities... surely not to harm patients..but, help educate them in the laws and our misfortunes of having such derilicks running our country...

So at that end, hope you don't join the drama chit... stay focused on how to fix these laws, in all our mmj states.. after all.. ONLY WE CAN CHANGE IT.

And as for that shitstorm,.... well, I don't live there, I'm not part of it, so I'm not gonna involve myself in that thread beyond reading it and the link that was posted.

I am no troll and am not here for conflict.. to that end, sorry you feel this way.. if you can pay close attention to the points about this caregiver bullshit and why they are doing it... my help has succeeded here.

I guess I should ask you this.. does the case law I posted make sense to you as far as what a CAREGIVER in colorado actually means under your constitution?? And how your courts interpret that meaning and why?? As I also showed that colorado is not the ONLY state with this issue with that word and it's use in reality... IT HAS NO PROVIDER COVERAGE FOR DISPENSARIES..

That my friend is the facts no-one has zero-ed in on yet... all the drama about these hearings would be gone if, some-one just put on the table for these folks... THE PROVIDER LINGO..
