Medical marijuana law is complex if you make it complex... and they make it real complex...they do this for a reason.

Now colorado mmj law is no different in foundation than any other state.. it is built upon public policy which doesn't exist but, we want it to exist cause we the people voted it in...IT IS OUR RIGHT DAMN IT !!

I as well as my family members and friends are affected negatively by our PUBLIC EMPLOYEES mis-applying our laws!!!

Come to find out though, our foundation we rest our lovely rights on, do not exist !!! So says every mmj state court so far, backed by federal courts...

So, as an advocate of our rights to have our employees offer honest services to the public... we must do some changes to our mmj laws to come into public policy compliance across the board...so we retain our rights to actually have some sort of standing without the cluter-fuck chit going on in every state...

Gonzales v. Oregon clearly lays down how this is done... SCHEDULE II. So when you are an advocate as I am, you tend to insert yourself into the mess and untangle the knotts..

Secondly, I take our leo to court in my county on P.C. criminal charges... I don't play well with others whom don't offer honest services to the public..

Educate yourself in how our public employees interpret our we the people voted in cannabis laws..and when we don't agree and sue them for it..what those courts response is...

This is how one finds the flaws in the laws to change them for the better of us patients...

I only wish to point out the flaws, get them fixed and keep these asshole public employees out of our medical decisions...

Please tell everyone to BOYCOTT BUDDING HEALTH. They are pushing for a caregiver registry among other things with their lobbyists. I have audio of Josh Stanley saying he called the police on vendors when they came into his shop. This was during the 1284 discussions.

They along with Wanda James were CMMR before it imploded. Avoid Budding Health AT ALL COSTS. Spread the word.

I have been saying this before he had to change his name in disgrace to budding health from the peace and medicine center. He has been for shutting everyone down, hey and lets not forget the hundreds of thousands Boulder County Caregivers (didn't she have to change her name too?) and her Cartel spent on lobyist and filling pockets over three years ago! yes folks they have been planning this hostile takeover for many years. A group of 15 greedy growers as I remember the meeting in Cherry Creek trying to use farm co-op law at that time to shut out the little guy. Some of us woke up and saw what was going on quit others got kicked out because god forbid we had felonies or other reasons that it was made clear these were just some of the tools they would use against the patients and the real growers (you know the guys that paid the price, sometimes prison so you could smoke a bowel). So many of us started our own dispensaries to undercut the greedy bastards! You notice she is on the rule making panel wonder what that seat cost?

Now if you go to the legal case law, you can clearly see the Chinese our government is using... one must understand Chinese in order to decipher the case law our courts are using...
