I've felt strange and dissociated for these two weekse after a really starnge and heavy panic attack. I can't describe my feeling but i just dont feel like myself anymore. I quit smoking weed a week before my panic attack. I pretty much just need to stop smoking and stick with it, i used to have good experiences with weed but now i get anxious while im high and a week after of feeling fucked up, or in other words not normal. I'll have to wait it out and see if it gets better.
