There is lots of infrastructure that has been neglected for decades that would be a good use of the tax money. But part of the problem is that the tas money is getting sucked up by our overpaid welfare workers in all the state, county and city municipalities. The prevailing wage law neeeds to be addressed to get these fat salary, benefit and pension plans back in line with private industry. Its wrong for someone making $10 an hour to have to pay for a welfare worker doing the exact same job and making $30 an hour.
