organic soil and fox farm nutes???? is it possible
I wanted to ask a couple of question about my second grow my real first grow I guess..But yeah I just recently bought fox farm ocean forest soil and big bloom nutes for it. but my ffof had an infestation of bugs in it so is there anything I can do just to save the soil its not in pots or nothing but I germinated my best seeds thinking I was ready to start the fox farm schedule but I couldnt over those little bugs so I lost some good strains ive been saving up
and don't know where to get some hybrid seeds from because I got mines from a friend he's no longer availble for seeds so what should I do??? but i really wanted to know if I can buy regular organic soil and use foxfarm big bloom for the nutes or do I have to use ffof soil to use big bloom

get ladybugs
if that does not work use neem oil.
those are your 2 best bets for organic pest control to my very limited knowledge. good luck.
as for the nutrients. you can use what ever soil you like. most soil has a few weeks of nutrients in it when new. so after a few weeks go to the schedule below.

Wow dude. U should really reconsider growing until u have read and studied a lot more. And after that, study more. Then start growing. Even after all the reading u should do, it will still take a lot of trial and error to get it right
U know what \"thought\" did?

Well, if you feel you are ready to grow, then grow. The worst possible outcome is dead plants. As far as nutes go, I don't think it matters much what combo of medium/nutes used, only that it is done carefully and with caution on the side of error. With nutes less is always better then too much. I am using FF Happy Frog mix and Technaflora's recipe for success. That may be something for you too look into, eliminate some of the guess work. But please don't let other's opinions stop you from trying or experimenting. It is your money and time, besides how else are you gonna learn? I could study all about medicine for years and never know enough to apply a bandage without trying. And I am sure even Jorge Cervantes has killed a few plants in his career. GOOD LUCK!
BTW, I have read a lot of posts suggesting FFOF is too 'hot' for seedlings or clones, maybe give the Happy Frog a try. Also, I certainly would have taken a bag of bugs back to the supply store that sold them too me. Especially seeing as FF stuff is quite expensive.
