Centenarians? OMGLMFAO! ... um, I'm so far away from being one of those that I wish and hope for the day I can call myself a Centenarian. Although, from your point of view, I can see how you would think that. Remember, any Centenarian would have had to be born in 1911. Not sure there are too many on this board, let alone on the planet. Although, more power to the ones who are! Gives me great hope to make it there and beyond ... :stoned:

That's OK though... you might all have wrinkles, no teeth, gray hair and creaky bones, but the experiences and knowledge you have gathered through the years makes up for any slowness, forgetfulness and well earned cantankerousness you might have these days. I am honored to learn from all you centenarians here on this board. Just don't tell all my young friends that I hang out with old people... I do have a reputation to maintain!

Okay, I'll admit to the above, but my spirit is ageless, and I feel like I lived several lifetimes already. Please Oh great ether, make the last how ever many pleasant and bring me one person who I can spend it with. I'm tired of all the you know what. Its time I got a break and R&R!!! :lol5:

Yes, Emmie...we are older than dirt itself youngun....you got all your homework done yet? I got wrinkles and full head of long gray hair that hangs down to my butt and I earned every one of them the hard way! And BB wants to know if that dam room is cleaned up yet.... Now... when you got your homework and room done....there's them dirty dishes....they ain't gonna wash themselves now, are they??? J/Kin!

When I started doing this cigs were 35 cents, a loaf of bread was 19 cents and a gallon of gas was 25 cents...I could fill my hog up for less than a dollar!....the weed mostly sucked and you had to smoke an ozzie by yourself just to catch a minor buzz and it took an hour or more of steady tokin to even get that high (now it takes like 30 seconds?) ....I could get 5 pcs of candy for a penny, too....I always liked the sassafras hard candy for that price...hell, we still called root beer "sassparilla"....LOL! Startin to see why us old folks call them "the good ol days"? I used to buy 2 whole cartons of cigs for less than what a single pack costs now! Anybody else remember the strawberry soda pop?....the name escapes me right now...I chugged those when I got the munchies and cotton mouth...killed two birds with one STONE! LMAO! dam I'm buzzed...I remember when I was a kid and they raised the deposit on glass soda bottles from two to three cents...me and my running buddies figured we'd be rich from collecting those after such a big increase! Blew it all on strawberry soda, tho...:wtf:

LOL I too remember thinkin we be gettin rich from the glass bottle increase weal be goin door to door seein if folks be donatein to the local boys club did well some days too. most of you just described my childhood......tells me ,there's alot of '50's babies on this site...:hippy:..i just smiles as i ride my steel wheeled skateboard off into the sunset....................................
