Ads That Know What You Want - behavioral marketing
This doesn't seem like such a bad idea. If I have to have ads on my computer, i'd rather they were for something that has a remote chance of interesting me instead of the constant DVD scams and crazy frog ringtones I get instead. I wouldn't call it an invasion of privacy, at least the data will be used for our benefit.
