And yet another bill...HB 1550 Legalize?
Has anyone neen able to make heads or tails out of it? Sure is long and winded...

It gets scarier...Seems they will be able to bust a person on appearance...
"(c) "Reasonable grounds" include, but are not limited to:
20 (i) Exhibiting the effects of having consumed liquor or cannabis,
21 which means that a person has the odor of liquor or cannabis on his or
22 her breath or person, or that by speech, manner, appearance, behavior,
23 lack of coordination, or otherwise exhibits that he or she has consumed

This ABOVE stops this legislation from becoming anything but, BLACK INK ON PAPER.
As you can see, someone is selling a bag of B.S. Goods. And they know it, if they don't, then we need more honest reps. of we the people in Wa...
A 10th amendment claim would work...if they stuck to it without folding for money..
But, Wa. likes it's federal bed mate. Have you ever wondered what happens to our governmors once they leave office in Wa. st.??

I also read an article where even Rep. Mary Lou Dickerson says that even if the bill does pass it will be put on hold till it goes through the legal challenges.
Its all a lie. We're far better off with the initiative process to get remedy from this. But then if we do that we will get no legal coverage by our won legislatures and governor.
It appears we're still going to be in the gray area for years to come.
