Should I dilute or substitute?

Hey all! Long time lurker first time poster. A little background; I got arrested a while ago for drinking (long, stupid story) and was put on ASAP. Its basically the drug/alcohol class everyone took in highschool. I was just told to report next monday, and I'm sure that means drug test. I won't smoke any more (this time its for real haha)
I last smoked yesterday, but before that it was probably around a quarter a week for a year or so. I'm skinny (6'2" and 140lbs) so I know that works in my favor, but I'm not sure if a week is long enough.
So here's my question; should I dilute or substitute? I know about dilution and I would be able to drink a whole ton of water and gatorade, but if its not gonna be a good bet of me passing I want to substitute.
I have a donor for clean pee, but he lives an hour away. I was also wondering if his pee would make it that hour back until I could toss it in the freezer.

Unemployment still be high yual could build a pipeline put some pilgrems back to work? Oops they be needin drug test be causin more be askin on here bad idea! Sorry my pilgrem friend with all the folks be askin the same question over and over and over gain in here just wonderin why folks just dont attach themselves to ONE and be all talkin bout what yu can and cant do and not be floodin the thread with tests bout tests? Sorry my friend i dont mean to sound mean it just boggles my mind how many yual have to test to work and work to test when it should be gainst yur rights to take from yur body without yur say. Hope yual do well pilgrem sorry for yur situation in life. from my understandin yual be needin more then a week ifin yu just smoked yesterday i believe THC be stored in yur fat cells so ifin yur a skinny pilgrem get out there run like forest Gump be gettin skinnyer.

It takes about 8 hours for a human urine sample to start to break down, so an hour would be plenty of time to get it home and in the freezer. The substitution thread is linked under my signature and all the information you need is outlined there.

I say take a home test, if you fail, dilute and take another home test, if that fails, then you know you have to sub.

Might as well eliminate the uncertainty beforehand, then you know you have nothing to worry about.
