Hey all! Long time lurker first time poster. A little background; I got arrested a while ago for drinking (long, stupid story) and was put on ASAP. Its basically the drug/alcohol class everyone took in highschool. I was just told to report next monday, and I'm sure that means drug test. I won't smoke any more (this time its for real haha)
I last smoked yesterday, but before that it was probably around a quarter a week for a year or so. I'm skinny (6'2" and 140lbs) so I know that works in my favor, but I'm not sure if a week is long enough.
So here's my question; should I dilute or substitute? I know about dilution and I would be able to drink a whole ton of water and gatorade, but if its not gonna be a good bet of me passing I want to substitute.
I have a donor for clean pee, but he lives an hour away. I was also wondering if his pee would make it that hour back until I could toss it in the freezer.
