What you are seeing is new growth not sex. I'm just guessing but it looks like you have striped the fan leaves on this plant?
I believe that is whats so confusing about the close up pic.
tikiroom Reviewed by tikiroom on . Is this a male plant? I'm a beginner as some of you may know by my previous posts. I started flowering a few days ago. and I now see lumps coming from the nodes. I already assume it's a male. But I can not find pictures early enough to determine it's sex at this stage. Can someone who knows what a male looks like let me know? this was the best picture I could get. all nodes have the balls growing as well no signs of white hairs or tear shaped anything. Rating: 5
