I found out that they consider crea below 2mmol/L whatever that is to be diluted
Samples with a creatinine level over 20 mg/dL are satisfactory. There are no upper limits established for creatinine.
Samples with a creatinine level of 2 - 20 mg/dL are ruled "too-dilute". A sample with a creatinine level of 0 - 2 mg/dL is ruled "not consistent with human urine (aka "substituted specimen")".

do you think that I made it when it comes to dilution or that I will definetly test invalid?
Nobody can realistically answer that question for you, given that nobody here knows what your baseline creatinine level was before you started diluting. You wont know either - unless you have been testing yourself on a regular basis, using a validity test kit.
