Whats nuts is one moment the state is saying marijuana is bad, put you in jail for years over it and steal everything you own through forfeiture, then the next moment saying its ok ONLY if you give us money, otherwise its still bad. I'm not psychic but I'm pretty sure when voters voted in A20 it wasnt for people to be wiping other peoples asses.
