You sound like you're coming around. Obviously, if your wife is one of your patients, you have more than a profit-based interest in providing the best marijuana. I'm a pro-regulation liberal guy, but I would support any exceptions, any exemptions that allowed small growers like yourself to serve more patients who needed your meds. Hell, I don't even think non-commercial growers should even have to register with the state as caregivers. However, (and this is the rub) when caregivers sell marijuana beyond their family and friends, they really aren't caregivers any more, but businesses... and that means taxes, regulation etc. Kathleen, for example, sold pot to thousands of people, but isn't willing to go through the state licensing process and inspection regime! Nuts!
