we the people find---has not found good response in the courts and this lingo is in question to be using... just a legal thought.

I realize this is the only lingo we the people can use...but, I found that if some extra lingo is used, example:

We the people acting in our legislative body duty form of government pursuant to art_ section_of the arizona constitution hereby find....

This is the most important lingo which hooks the people acting as the LEGISLATURE...and not just society's uneducated OPINION ...as the courts have said many a time.

Just a thought from all the state courts opinions combined...
