I ran a 100 mile fox and coyote. I also used to be a river trapper and would run about 30-40 miles each day. 70-80 dozen traps .... Beaver,mink, muskrats,racoon. Aw memories. I could go on and on. Nice to meet one of my own kind. I will come and chat often. Waterdog

I am doing very well my friend. School has started again so 3 days a week I attend lectures and the rest of the time I work with several professors in the department helping to tutor and grade tests. Time not taken up with those activities is spent researching and working on the first draft of my thesis.

Growing, I am most likely down to one plant now as the second seems to most likely be a true hermi. This is ok though, as my needs are simple. I plan on using most of what I get to provide for my Aunt who suffers from MS and seems to get great relief from cannabis, and to see if a tincture will be able to finally get hold of the staff infection and cellulitus my father has been suffering with for the last 5 years. I am very hopeful that my little hobby here is going to be able to do some real good, and this makes me happy.

Thanks for starting a friendly chat thread. There is a lot of anger on some of these threads.

I have land surrounded by the National Forest. I spend most of my summer evenings in front of a huge camp fire watching the stars and smoking a fatty.:smokin: I don't have any structure so I sleep in a tent. It is a little tough at my age but I do have a composting toilet so I don't have to squat in the woods. Hopefully I will have a liveable cabin/shack by the end of this summer.

I like growing Blue Dream and Sour Diesel the best for now but I usually try about 20 different new strains each summer. Cheese, Querkle, Pure Kush, Head Band and Mendocino Purple are also on my A list.

This year I am going to try Chernobyl which I already have started in my veg box as well as UK Cheese and Jack Herrer. Let us know what your growing and if you have any special favorite types.

My property is pretty nice 120 acres with National Forest on two sides. I hunt mountain quail, ruffled grouse, blue grouse, wild turkeys deer and wild pigs inside of our common gate. If I get a chance I will go after a marauding bear as well.

Rudy be soundin like yual got yurself a bit of heaven yur self! Be good to hear folks still be livin and doin things outdoors not livin in front a TV and out a refrigerator there whole life. It be a fight now days be gettin the kids pried off anythin electronic be makin me sick yual throw a fishin rod one of them be ready fur the response yu be gettin main one be what the heck is this thin and howd yu be turnin it on!! Anyways be glad yu doin it right my friend rudy be gettin a make shift cabin built and do it with bit more comfort and keep yur fire stoked and worries be little my friend.
