BUT,if your any good with pc like i am then you can change your internet ip and they will never get ya..your internet dont eaven exsist but you cant do that with a landline//..google that up and you will learn some basic staff bout that also you can get progs what will alert you when your system is getting hacked and it will delete everithing from your pc stright away.no evidence no crime.
but same way it all depends that against who you are..if they REALLY wanna get you they will..like im no pro but i can prob get your forum password under 10min.depends of the security and i can get your IP with probaly 15 mouse clicks when im my external hardrive..
