Actually, on Dutchies and i think Phillies (not white owls though) the outer layer IS one single leaf. If you cut the blunt down the middle first the leaf gets split, usually into 3-4 pieces. the only time i ever take the leaf off the blunt first is if im rolling a Dutch Master. Phillies though (my personal fave) I just crack with my fingers them roll em up

You lic the tip (the round part) about halfway Then to start. use your thumb nail to start unraviling the outer skin of paper only. about half way they come off pretty well. now you have just the outer layer of paper. Reform the paper by using hot breath, that you would use to heat your hands in the winter. Or else it will get crispy. it is very thin and can tare..but you put your Rating: 5
