    A little help please?

    Hey all,
I'm a newbie here, recentely purchased an 1oz block of cannabis for medicinal reasons. I was thinking making cannabutter would be the best place to start so I can bake with it - but all the cannabutter recipes seem to be using leaves and stems?!
How would you go about making it with block? I.e proportions of cannabis to butter. I don't really want it to be so strong that we'll be floating in outerspace, more just mellow for pain relief... Any hints and suggestions much appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi ya!

I would use 1 oz of decent grade weed for 1 lb. of butter.

    1oz + 1 lb. of butter= kick ass.

    Good luck.
    ;-)

unless you want to feel nausious, i recomend breaking the bud into very very small peices, usually i break it by hand, then put it through a grinder until its almost a dust, other wise, its sort of gross, but you can use whole stems, becuase they don't taste nearly as bad
