There should be no tax on cannabis anywhere in California now. The voters voted NO to taxing cannabis last Nov. Didn't anyone notice?

I would fight this, force the county to show where in Prop 215 does it mention allowing taxes on cannabis? 215 is the law of the land. :twocents:

Wa. had a petition to reschedule cannabis to a lower level, the AAG made the claim that it was an HERB which is not considered a drug under Wa. law.. since the BOP[board of pharmacy] only has authority over items available in any pharmacy in WA....

The sharp point of that needle, Oregon has rescheduled cannabis... it is now under the definition of medicine schedule II. All other states are still in the dark.. the eye of the needle.. the hard to thread part.
