3 gallon, 5 gallon, or 2 gallon?

Which should i use? I am doing 2 plants in a grow area thats 2x3 and here is my lighting:

90 watt ufo led (good brand)
1 15 watt 4300k flourescent
(2) 23W 2700 *(only used during flowering)
(2) 23w 6500k *(only used for veg)


only looking to grow them no taller then 2.5 feet tall, looking to yeild 2-3 ounces total out of BOTH plants

You start out small and work up as the plant needs repotting, approx every 4-6 weeks
