Roots reaching bottom of pot????

Ok so should i transplant if the roots are reaching the bottom of the pot?

Will the plant still continue to grow even though the roots have reached the bottom of the pot?

Also the plants have undergone one transplant, so would it be not a good idea to transplant again?
