Brown spots, yellowing
These girls have been in a mix of sphagnum moss and perlite and being fed Fox Farm's Grow Big for hydroponics. They have now been in a aeroponic system for a day. Perhaps now they are in the system they will recover but I'm curious to see what you guys think. They are about a month old now. This is my first grow so its been bumpy and they haven't had the best conditions concerning lighting and nutes.

I) If using rockwoll for clones or seedlings, did you rinse the cubes well, with properly ph'd water? na/
J) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph? 10-stage filtration, 7 ph
K) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. Fox Farm Grow Big for hydroponics, 3-2-6, two tsp per gallon, was feeding about every three to four days when in soiless mix, now its constant

First place I would start is with the ph. It is way too high for hydro!
Another grower on here (oldmac) likes to keep his aero water at around 5.5ph.
I grow in dwc and keep it in between 5.6-5.8.
Get your ph fixed and check it twice daily at first to see how stable it is.
Give this about a week and you should see some change.

Well you should get a ph pen instead of the drops. It's way more accurate.
And an ec/ppm meter too.
Don't know how your budget is, but those would be the first two on the list when growing in hydro.

I would be wary of going from soil/soilless into hydro. I have seen that kill several crops for friends. I would try to keep the hydro system sterile, and soilless mediums can often harbor plant pathogens that are kept in check by beneficials, but things can get out of control pretty quick in hydro.
That would lead to root rot, which would lead to physical symptoms like you are seeing there.
If your roots are white and fuzzy then no problem, brown or slimy then you have a problem.imp:
