I live in a state that is not too friendly to folks bringing up the legality of marijuana. Growing here in the carolinas is a dangerous venture. I have a friend , who said he is moving to northern california after he saves up the $25,000 for some sort of "sellers" permit. He wasnt too clear, so i tried to research the matter.
