Are these pistils?

I know I've been posting alot on here, but today I looked at my damaged and expected male plant and noticed little hair like pieces, they are a bright bright green. They look white in my pictures. So I was thinking they are pistils at a very very early stage perhaps but it might be wishful thinking on my part since I am growing what was in one of my bags not feminized. Can someone identify the part circled in my pictures?

I know guys! that's the closest I can get. I'll just have to wait it out a few more days and update this post!

I do believe you are looking at the stipules.

That's what I'm thinkin' tikiroom. Damn my wishful thinkin! I will update in a few days or try too with new pictures unless I notice it is the stipules.
