No good, Tap PH here is 7.5-8.2 even after setting out. Get the dropper test and whatever you need to adjust PH (there are household methods, but I'd suggest "PH UP" or "PH DOWN"), it's not much and will save your plants for the better part of a year.

Bad inbound PH can wreck a plant in a week or so, Focus on the basics before going all screwy with experimenting.

This is an experiment plant to see if I can get into growing or not, I cut the leaves to see any difference in growth. but now being at this point should I focus on vegging still? I have been trying to flower it and nothing's really happening I think its a male all I see are little lumps.
