have you flushed? what is the ph of the run off? if it is anyting other than 6.0 or very close then your soil ph is off. flushing will sometimes help, but mostly it is salt build up that starts to happen and this caseues improper ph's and in turn caseues nute lockout.

if your ph is ok goin in and out then try some cal mag, even though I dont see any spoting, your deficient in something. so either the bucket has something wrong such as soil does not have enough dolomite or improper phing of water and nutes. Or your nutes are missing something. since your not in flower I dont think your needing a booster. but mabey your nutes are also not strong enough?

Sorry, may have deleted them by accident:

    15) Any additives or tea's? nope
    16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? this month I've been watering with PH corrected water, before that I really don't know.
    17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? I'll check out how to do this and post back.
    18) Do you foliar feed? nope

Nope, never flushed. I'll check out how to and post back the results. What's the idea? if I the runoff is, say, 7, do I have to readjust the water PH so that the runoff comes between 6/6.5 ?

I haven't been giving her any nutes whatsoever. Maybe that's it?

    Thanks!

..I'm considering just going hydro.. damn soil has too many unknown variables :S

yellowing from the bottom up can mean you have to transplant, which your pot looks like its the right size for that plant. It could also be a nutrient deficiency of some sort. As long as it isn't the newer leaves yellowing you still have time to figure out whats wrong and correct. Most likely a nutrient deficiency. Check your pH first and then go from there. Could be nitrogen.. could be magnesium.

so does hydro. it may be time to transplant, sativas love to grow tall. you should have a consistent feed program that grows with the plant. your ph sounds fine so focus on your feed program and root space.

if your run off is at 7 then you need to add dolomite lime to your top soil, dolomite lime should be added to the mix when first mixing the soil but alot of people get away with adding to the top. hydro has some more variables but so does everything.

flushing is only done when you been growing in the same pot for a month or so, or if you have phed the water incorrectly or something kind of other wronging (lol wronging). flushing flushes all nutrients out of the soil and benificals as well. so all have to be re-added after flushing. flushing is a process where you are trying to flush out the salts build up. every grower will flush at least once in a grow. ususaly if just once right before harvest to get the nutrients out of the buds.

I am thinking lockout or root bound. Nothing there I can really put my finger on.
Try flushinhg, repotting, followed with a half-nute dose and water.

    Needs fertilizer. That's all.
