any electricians here?
You are most welcome. With English not being your native language I figured I would help you out since you seem to be a smart guy and wanted a definition.

I'm not sure where you got the notion that pilgrim meant stranger? But the web is full of inaccuracies.

LMAO! How did we get from power lines to pilgrims? Actually Lynhal and Dex....I think BWD uses the word Pilgrem in the context John Wayne used to use it in...It's a friendly, kind of poke in the ribs name for a rube, a tin pan man, a dude, or a tenderfoot from the old west days...when cowboys and mountain men moved west in the 1800's...it's like me calling someone "noob" nowadays...just an older slang term. I doubt BWD is using any dictionary definition....no offense big guy! Ima bein shur u culd ifn ya wanted to...
Me bein from TX originally, I understand BWD perfectly! E talks aight to mine ears...

I never thought back to his movies and his terms for friends. What a great actor he was. Now I want to watch one of his movies! Life seemed so simple in his flicks. Although, maybe it was simpler back then.

Yes, we are all strangers technically, but the more I visit here the more I learn about everyones personality. I am really starting to feel so at home here on can.com with all of you and I am hoping you all feel the same. We all have good and bad days on here, but the common thread to us all is we are here united in a cause.

If there is a Heaven, this is what I would want it to be.
I, for one, have only had one person on my ignore list. Only because they ignored me so I figured I should return the favor. I think we were both having a bad day that day and I have since un-IGGY'd him. I won't post to anything he posts out of respect for his choices to ignore my posts. That is what a good person does in my eyes, allows for others choices in life. Maybe someday he'll un-ignore me and we'll be friends. In the perfect world, that is. And this forum is as close as you can get to that.
Hugs to all around this forum!
