I'll look into what you are saying. Might as well give it a try considering I don't see any negative effects that can have.
^I will do some reading and look around for something that I can use... If I can find some maylar for a really good price then I might get some to put on the dark floor of mines

You don't need to get rolls of mylar and pay that cost. A car windshield protector, or an emergency blanket are very inexpensive alternative materials. I have seen alot of people using tin foil but, I don't think I would go there, too much hot spotting and possible burning. How about some new pics? :jointsmile:

Flat white paint is cheap and 95% as effective as mylar...

I just watered it.
about 18 days into flowering (12/12)

Here are some pics
In the first pic you can see... (Look at the very middle how all the new leaves come out of one spot.. now on one of the side branches there is something like that where a bunch of new leaves are coming out of one spot and it's just like a bunch of prickly things since leaves or not big enough) ->that's new growth and something I have never seen before
You can see what I am talking about in the middle and bottom of first pc.
Second pic is a close up of that new growth
Still no sign of sex and am still waiting to transplant

I added a pic of some of the leaves that looked dead to me that I took off :P
-The middle pic is what it looks like now... should I also remove those dead leaves?

Hey Poker, Just a guess but it looks like the site is flipping your pics to landscape veiw, and you took 2 of them in portrait

Take the pics in landscape veiw and they will be the right way up, I think

Try this kinda light, as it works great with the CFL's. And try and hear some of these people that are trying to help ya, because it seems like you have ignored a lot of good advise. I read that someone said ''its not mature yet'' and thats why its not shown sex, id bet he's spot on:thumbsup:

Your plant looks nice:thumbsup:but like Canni said, dont burn down the house and kill people. Well i wasn't as polite as he was, but a fact. The pic i posted was my first set up and one will work for a plant. It will take four CFL's, which will give you enough to grow 1 plant with a good yield. I used these to grow 5 plants and was very happy with the yield. Its in my Sig if you want to see better pics of the lights. One cost 7 bucks at wally world. Cheap and everyone lives.

Read man, you can learn tons on here. You have a nice looking plant, you only need to try and follow the advise given to get a good grow and learn to do it on your own:jointsmile:.

I appreciate you advice on the lighting and am trying to save up to re-arrange my setup. I know it's not safe:wtf: but I spent over $120 on that setup (Sadly!) and I am not able to change it right now.
I got myself some spray paint and need to find myself some cardboard to make myself something to put over my lights to reflects some of the lumens back.
umm... What else?.... I'm still doing reading..both online and one these forums

^Stuff in Canada seems to be more expensive than in the US but what can you really do right? If money wasn't an issue do you really think I would have used duct tape LOL:stoned:

Also... Some of the newer growth isn't as Forest Green Dark as the older growth. Would someone be able to give me some advice as to why? Is it normal? Should I ignore and and just keep and eye on it? Is it lacking some sort of nutrient?..although already suffering from nute burn from my MG soil

Oh well.. I'm not going to worry to much about that.
I'll get some more pics up soon... or when I notice some new growth :thumbsup:
