Keep in mind that in recent years, creatinine and specific gravity checks have become SOP in most cases, rendering urine color the least aspect in determining an overdiluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still be ruled "too-dilute" due to low creatinine and SG.
Therefore, the primary focus is now on keeping your creatinine and SG within acceptable ranges to avoid a "too-dilute" ruling.

Clearly B 12 or B complex is the way to go from what im seeing everywhere..but my ?? is if I dont have that around..would it be possible to substitute that for a daily vitamin, like the ones u take one a day of?
