Top my plant ? Or leave alone ?

My plant is getting on for two weeks old now and about 10-12 inche's in hight but not very bushy , But has a lot of new growth in the middle and bottem that are very small , so i thought they may not be getting enogh light?? And i've read about toping your plant for extra bush , Im growing in a 1200x1200x2000 grow tent that has alot of head room , But i only have one light , so what do you think that would work best form me to get more bud??

Toppin is a prefference to most I be thinkin I have done it couple times and other times I be just leavin it be one cola or two cola be realy makin no difference in my yeilds i dont figure then gain I dont weigh my stuff caus i have no need too. I be thinkin yu should exsperiment as well and give it a try and see fur yurself if yu be seein much difference either way yur growin yur own meds and it should be more fun then work to do it in my opinion sure other more seasoned members here be havin good imput fur ya as well so hold tight they be along shortly in the mean time grow safe and have fun pilgrem hope yur yields be yieldin yu big.

Yup much luck and it always fun to exsperiment and see at the end of the day fur yurself what works in yur favour! Its all bout havin fun too i reckon. Hope yu do great with yur plants my friend.

oh mate its good to hear they are doing so well would love to see some pics... atleast it pulled out of that bad patch if you think they big enough to top for sure.... just google it check out some images on how too its not hard but its nice to check there is also somthink called FIM google fim cannbis plant...top'ing and fim'ing help's to create more bud site's bud

I have recently started growing 9 plants and it's my first grow so I want to experiment in various aspects one of which is topping/pruning one of the 9 to see the difference at the end result. I have a few questions. How long do I have to wait till I top my plant? Is 5 nodes a minimum cause I read somewhere else (can't quote it since I don't remember where) that it was 3. Or maybe that was for FIM? And what is the difference (result not technique wise) in between topping and FIMing? Also after I do either, how long does the plant need to stay in vegetation to recover/develop new vegetation from the pruned area before it's ready to be switched to flowering?

you can fim/top at any stage really,.... depending on growing conditions you looking anythink from 1week to 2weeks recovery better conditions it will recover quicker,.... ive seen pics of plants topped at the 3rd node and produced loads of bud sites it really depends how tall you want it at the 5th node plant is usally well established and can recover bit quicker....look a round the internet to see what sort of finish your looking for good luch
