WEEK 3 GROW PICS

Well its now been 21 days since I placed my seeds into the dirt. So technically, this is their 3rd week BIRTHDAY and they're STILL ALIVE!

They sprouted about 5 days later.

A new record for HARD ON.

I burned my first grow....how I do not know....but my second is going better.

It seems like months but its only been like 17 days since they first saw light.


Please tell me if all looks ok so far.

If you notice in the first pic, at the bottom, is the dying leaf that had me crapping a few days ago in despair.

But all else seems well. Its as though the first set of leaves died and now, look at the growth coming from the stem area right where it died. The new growth is occuring at an incredible rate...just 3 days ago you could barely see what was there.

I guess the transplant was successful.

PIC 3 is of the same age, however, it is much taller and longer stemmed.

Call me craZY but when i pick up and smell the plants, I can smell weed already. Really I can. Kinda green but still i can smell weed.

Here is a pic of my light setup...

I have:

3 65W CFL 5500K
3 125W CFL 6500K

My space is 2.5 w X 1.5 L so I have 3.75 Sq. Ft.

I cant fit much more light in there. Do you think this is enough for veg?

u have enough light for growing,and they are looking great. Ur doing the best u can by keeping ur lights close to ur plants. U got it

Cuz first set of leave tip dont like touch with soil so dont worry about first set of leaves and let long stem grew long then leave tips wouldnt touch soil or trim 1/3 leave tips off then it wont touch soil , either
your plant looking supergrow as i bet ! so let them grew up to be over 1 to 1 1/2 fts before ready adapt with metal halide or sodium light when depend on your budget

Right now my dick is hard jsut cuz their still alive.

TO go and top em...man I am asking for certain death.

Actually, the secondary growth on the plants is now so accelerated I am not sure I will have to top them....the growth is happening by the hour, literally so I am hoping the growth will not need to be topped.

I have a hard time cutting anything form them because, as I said, I can;t believe they are still alive.

I will post some follow up pics in a few days to show the undergrowth and how fast they are growing and so forth. Some of the undergrowth is now on its 3rd set of leaves in like 3 days.

If you think I should, I will...

The stems are nice and thick, as I have kept the fan on them their entire lives, blowing in the wind...

Hardon those are very nice looking and i think your doing a wonderful job...those floros are big as hell where did u get those ????? awesome...do u know the strain ? anyway i just had to say that looks great and keep up the great work

Thanks for the input guys. It is good to hear they are lookin good to you experienced growers. I just cant get over how they are looking and it seems like forever but its only been now 17 days since they sprouted. Time goes by slow.

I have no idea of the strain, although I do know the weed I took them from will put my dick into the dirt and make me stupid for a few hours.

I generally buy only the best weed I can find and when i do, i might get lucky and find a seed or three in the whole QP.

As for my lights... the smaller circular ones are very good...65w 5500K.

I got them from fullspectrumsolutions.com they sell lights for Bi Polar disorder therapy.

The bigger 125W 6500K i got from hydroasis.com

They really have accelerated the growth since i pot the 3 125 w 6500k lights on them.

I have a 250 HPS i bought. In retrospect, i think that is how i burned my first grow, as i placed the HPS light about 3 inches from the plants.

DOH!

hehehe... i learned my lesson well on that one. Anyhow I intend to flower with that HPS when and if the plants live long enough to make it 2 feet.

I have not yet ever fertilized them. I am sure that is the area where they will die. I just got some bat guano and am going to use that.

I am also gonna use some cat shit from the kitty litter box.

I am also gonna use some fish emulsion 5-1-1.

So, out of the 3 i gotta figure one will survive.

I have many more plants, much smaller growing constantly to replace the ones I kill learning about all this.

Tomorrow I fert the plants for the first time....bat shit, cat shit and some other fert shit i got.

We'll see if I can do it in small amounts and measure the results.
