only if you LOVE mites and mildew
here's a fun one, if you don't have anything to do this afternoon.....
take your jeweler's loupe or pocket scope to people's choice wellness on 63rd and arapahoe, just east of boulder, proper, and ask to see ANY of the strains that have come out of that warehouse that are on the shelves for human consumption. ask to see ANY of the clones and/or 4' tall mother plants that they're selling to patients that don't know any better. then ask about the return policy. PM and mites aren't so pretty at 60x when you can't return them!
i spoke with a lady named christine who was very abrasive and ignorant. she insisted, basically, it was my fault that everything i got from them was compromised and that i'll know next time to inspect everything before i leave! are you kidding me?! it wasn't much past three in the afternoon and the woman smelled of rum so i left and chalked this one up to experience and came straight to the keyboard.
i'll carry a loupe with me when i try to support the local businesses from now on, but how do we, otherwise, keep these issues in check? it's not illegal for someone to sell you a diseased plant, is it? even if the plant is intended for consumption?ramblind Reviewed by ramblind on . only if you LOVE mites and mildew here's a fun one, if you don't have anything to do this afternoon..... take your jeweler's loupe or pocket scope to people's choice wellness on 63rd and arapahoe, just east of boulder, proper, and ask to see ANY of the strains that have come out of that warehouse that are on the shelves for human consumption. ask to see ANY of the clones and/or 4' tall mother plants that they're selling to patients that don't know any better. then ask about the return policy. Definitely use a loupe. This one is a good choice for looking at pot. You'll never get ripped off again. Were I you, I would report the dispensary to your county health department.

I prefer a 30x... this one has a light built into it and is only 4 bucks w free shipping if you have prime.
Lighted Loupe

These are even cheaper[$2.79] and more pocket sized. I buy them a dozen at a time and lose them or give them away to customers after showing them how to use it to inspect their meds.
Cheaper Loupe Sure it's not super duper quality, but wtf, it's 2 bucks and free shipping with prime

I have some less expensive loupes, but they do not have the stated magnification. I have a 10x triplet that is much stronger than one single-lens magnifier I have that is labeled 30x. FWIW, I also have a 20x triplet which is far too powerful. It can only be used in sunlight and the field of view shows maybe five trichromes that look like oak trees! Neither Zeiss nor B&L even make a 30x magnifier, although B&L makes a 14x triplet I wouldn't mind owning.

All the stores should have a lite up magnifing glass... on a stand.... sitting on the display case to examine the weed... ours do :hippy:
Mites are a major problem in colorado...even in the dead of winter when its 0 degrees
PM was sent to us from Cali....Pm is not from Colorado... All those Cali growers who sent and brought their infected plants/strain...thanks:wtf:
We got rid of our PM last summer ....heat over 100 for 1 hr will kill the pm guaranteed
I would rather smoke mites (their organic) than smoke pm cause its a mold and will effect your respritory system
