250w will get you somewhere but if it were me, I'd hold off a bit until I could afford a 400w MH or HPS. You can veg with an HPS or flower with an MH btw.

I'm always interested in what people are doing with their soil and nutes so I'll give it a read if you feel like posting it up.

Thank you, someone who see's it through my eyes lol, well i have miracle grow potting soil with a 2 inch layer of spagnum moss at the bottom for airation and to hold some water, the NPK on the soil is .10/.20/.10 i may have read and or posted it wrong sorry im baked, but i figure that will cover them for about 2 or 3 weeks and then i have Superbloom nutrients that im going to water with every other watering about 2 weeks before flowering. Then just water without nutrients throughout flowering.

My bad if any of this is wrong, still learning here

I'm currently Using two 20W T12 Lamps (Wide Spectrum) Fluro's, in a Garage Shelving unit with the measurements 69 3/8th's inches in Height x 25 5/8th's inches Width x 18 7/8th's inches in Depth. I have Four LowRyder2 plants, all 4 cracked and were planted yesterday, i know the Fluro's won't do the best job but i'm on a tight budget, My question is how many watts would i need in a metal Halide lamp to flower all 4 plants Rating: 5
